Perodua Bezza is Perodua's first sedan which was officially launched on 21st July 2016. I will post new information about this car from time to time. Stay tuned.

Engine oil grade: SAE 0W-20 API SN or higher
Change: Every 10,000km ( or 6 months, whichever comes first)

Spark plug: NR engine - Iridium plug ( every 100,000km ), KR engine - standard plug ( every 20,000km).

Air Conditioner Refrigerant: HFC-134a ( R134a )
Compressor Oil: ND-OIL8

Battery: Daihatsu's M-42 equivalent ( Japan B20 standard battery ); other Bezza models uses a different battery - Panasonic 34B19L

    battery for bezza adv 2017,its wet cell? how frequently need to check the battery water?

      Yes, it's 'wet' battery type. Depending on your usage, you still need to check the level. I'm checking mine every 3 months. If you park the car under the sun very often, it's probably a good idea to check it more frequent to be safe.

    may i know, how to check the water level at the battery. new owner of bezza 1.3 advance , didn't realize it is "wet" battery

The Perodua Bezza's headlight uses a H11 55W bulb for it's low beam and a HB3 60W bulb for it's high beam. It is always a good idea to use the specified wattage rating bulbs if you are going to fit aftermarket bulbs. The fog lights on the Perodua Bezza uses the same H11 55W bulb. Price range for the H11 and HB3 seems to be on the high side compared to a H4 or H7 for example

Perodua Bezza Smart entry key - Battery Replacement

If you need to press the smart entry button for a few times to unlock or lock your car door, there is a good chance that the smart entry key battery is weak. I just replaced mine yesterday and the  smart key is as responsive when I got it new. Use a flat-head  screwdriver and position it in the little notch and pry open the cover. Original Panasonic CR2032 battery.  New CR2032 battery.   New battery fitted in.

Perodua Bezza first service - free inspection

My Perodua Bezza Advance was due for it's first service, so I had to drive to the service center. Made an appointment the day before. It was a good experience at the service center, as the staffs were friendly and efficient. Wait time for the free inspection was slightly under an hour and the car was ready. The staff recommended a battery terminal protector and windshield washer, it didn't cost much so I just ahead with it. Since I was at the service center, I bought a bottle of radiator coolant as well so that I can mix and top up the coolant at home. A bottle of radiator coolant(0.5L) for the Perodua Bezza cost RM13.90. I was told the next service which requires engine oil change will cost about RM190. Somehow they recommended an auto transmission fluid change on the 10000km mileage as well. The total bill will be RM290 if I agree to ATF change. Labor charge is free for the first three service. Recommended engine oil for Perodua Bezza 1.3 Advance is fully synthetic 0
