If you need to press the smart entry button for a few times to unlock or lock your car door, there is a good chance that the smart entry key battery is weak. I just replaced mine yesterday and the smart key is as responsive when I got it new.
Use a flat-head screwdriver and position it in the little notch and pry open the cover.

DeleteCR2025 battery is a thinner version of CR2032, and has lower capacity. It probably can still fit in and power the key fob, but it won't last as long as CR2032. Just get the recommended CR2032.
